Tap Into Both Sides
On Thursday, February 22, Appleton invited guests to test the boundaries of their minds, harnessing the power of the left and right sides of their brain. Around every corner, cerebral stimulations abounded, daring attendees to explore the parts of the brain that allowed brilliant minds like Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Frida Kahlo and Salvador Dalí to achieve greatness. With a fascinating interactive right brain/left brain game installed in the Appleton Awareness Gallery, guests put on their thinking caps immediately, setting a perfect tone for the night to come. From the analytical and intuitive tech challenges in our video suites to the mesmerizing live body painting and roaming psychic readings, guests were treated to a mental adventure to remember. And that was only on the first floor.
Moving to the second floor, more cognitive charms awaited guests. Certified masseuses performed reflexology therapy, as well as traditional massages, to soothe the body and mind. A photo snapshot station offered attendees a captivating way to capture the event’s festivities, and another live body painting beckoned viewers to watch as art imitated right brain/left brain reality.
Compliments of John Michael Exquisite Weddings and Catering, this Orlando event titillated guests’ minds with right brain and left brain-inspired hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Featuring dishes with clean designs and straight lines, extravagant spreads popping with color and chaos, and a fiery flambéed dessert, both left-brained and right-brained guests were treated to a night of delights.
We’ve crunched the numbers and analyzed our guests:
49% were more left-brained!
40% were more right-brained!
11% were equally left and right brained!
